At ReNew Housing, we offer fully furnished homes with all utilities included, making the move-in process easy and stress-free. Beyond providing a roof over your head, we focus on creating a supportive environment where residents can participate in community activities, connect with neighbors, and access resources that help them grow personally and professionally.

Who can apply for housing with ReNew Housing Solutions?

Our housing is designed for individuals in need of affordable, stable living arrangements, whether transitional or long-term. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to live independently in a shared housing environment. All applicants will undergo a screening process.

ReNew Housing provides a safe, supportive environment to help residents regain stability, independence. and community connection.
Applicants must commit to a drug- and alcohol- free lifestyle and be able to pay the monthly fee via SSI/SSDI, work income, or private funds. We review each application with care, confidentiality, and support for everyone's growth.

What is included in the rent?

Your rent covers everything in one affordable rate: 

  • Drug & Alcohol-free environment
  • Fully furnished shared living space such as bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom etc.
  • Utilities, High-speed internet, and Wi-fi
  • Washer & Dryer
  • Cleaning necessities
  • Quiet, clean common areas
  • Secure and safe environment
  • Keyless locks for rooms, each resident can use their own code or fingerprint
  • Drug/Alcohol/Weapon free environment

Are the homes in a safe neighborhood?

Yes, our affordable housing options are located in safe and well-maintained neighborhoods to ensure the security and well-being of our residents. All of our homes are under surveillance 24 hours a day!

Are the homes furnished?

Yes. Every home is fully furnished, including bedrooms and shared living spaces. All you need to bring are your personal belongings. Each room has a keyless lock for each resident can use their own code or fingerprint.

How much does housing cost?

Pricing is kept affordable and varies by location and room type. Since all utilities and furnishings are included, residents avoid extra living expenses.

How long can I stay?

We offer both transitional housing options for short-term stays and longer-term housing for individuals seeking stability.

Participants sign a month-to-month agreement and there is no time frame required to remain in the program if they are meeting community standards, maintain good standing, and futfiling program requirements. This flexible arrangement supports goal achievement without a long-term commitment. Residents may exit the program at any time by providing the notice specified in the agreement, and advance notice is encouraged to ensure a smooth transition and uphold a positive community atmosphere.

Do you provide meals or just housing?

ReNew Housing Solutions provides housing only. However, kitchens are available in every home for residents to prepare their own meals, and we often partner with community organizations for food support when needed.

All residents must provide their own food and transportation throughout their stay.

Are there any extra fees or costs pertaining to the program?

Yes, there is a one-time non-refundable community fee due at program acceptance that will cover setup and administrative costs ($200) in addition to their monthly program fee.

What kind of community activities do residents participate in?

Residents are encouraged to join in volunteer work, skill workshops, social gatherings, and neighborhood events. These activities help build connection, reduce isolation, and strengthen life skills.
